About Me
Hi there! My name is Saskia Müller. I’m a British twenty-something diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gastroparesis, Chronic Gastritis, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEAD), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Hyper-mobility syndrome (which I'm certain is actually hEDS), Tourette's, Autism, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

In my teens and early twenties, I found the constant need to advocate for myself and other people battling invisible disabilities in the workplace. I’ve enjoyed using social media to spread awareness and am excited to continue that on this blog!

My mission is to educate others that hundreds of disabilities are invisible. You cannot judge a book by its cover and certainly cannot assume that because someone looks healthy on the outside, they’re okay on the inside. I aim to inspire, encourage, and empower individuals who are fighting similar battles.

Advocacy
I mainly specialise in posting social media content for mental health, neurodivergence and disability awareness as I navigate the world as an autistic person with a chronic illness. However, I also love public speaking and would love to do more of it.

Topics I Speak About:
-
Mental Health Awareness
-
Disability Advocacy and Invisible Disabilities
-
Accessibility in the workplace
-
Chronic Illness
-
LGBTQ+ Representation and Acceptance
-
